I have a background in herbalism, energy medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), editing, entrepreneurship, business, regenerative agriculture, and have studied with spiritual teachers of many modalities in an ongoing attempt to understand life.
Through a life of varied endeavors and even more interests, I arrived in my Somatic Experiencing three-year training program ready to face the challenges of life head on and to help others do so as well. In this work, I have found not only my own increased self-regulation but the knowledge and ability to help others find greater ease, happiness, improved enjoyment of life and joy in relationships. Through working in the Somatic Experiencing model we become aware of false beliefs about ourselves and the world while becoming free of self-limiting ideas of who we are. Functionally, the release of stored survival physiology creates a sense of awakening and newness while the possibilities of life open. We move into life with greater ease, enjoyment and connection—to ourselves and others.

As we release the negative energy of our past selves, we become aware somatically of how our body-mind system meets challenges in the present moment. This increases our capacity to hold life where it is lived—in the present moment awareness.
